Arlingclose is able to offer unique solutions to the financing of major capital projects that cannot be financed by more conventional methods, be it debt or PFI.

Every solution, whilst tailored to the specific project, is supported by legal and accounting opinion. Solutions meet the requirements of rather than circumventing local authority legislation.

Arlingclose maintains relationships with a number of funders and is therefore able to offer solutions that can sometimes be substantially below the cost of borrowing.

To date we have successfully financed schools, offices, shopping centres and waste incineration plants – many projects that would not have proceeded without the innovative funding arranged by Arlingclose.

In January 2005 Arlingclose was mandated by Liverpool City Council for the prestigious King's Dock development.
